The Story Behind Kurry Kraft
For over four decades, R. Srinivasan has been driven by one constant belief – that great products are built on quality, innovation and an uncompromising attention to detail. His journey began in the aquaculture industry, where he co-founded Poseidon Biotech and helped build a trusted business with a strong presence across India and international markets. Years of working with food production, technology and quality gave him a deep appreciation for the importance of consistency, safety and excellence.But his connection with food went beyond technology.
With Kurry Craft, Mr. Srinivasan set out to bring the richness of South Indian cuisine to the modern table. The idea was simple: preserve the character and authenticity of traditional food while making it easier for today’s consumers to enjoy.
